Customer Service Associate (Triad)

Customer service, appropriate triage of incoming calls, referral intake, order rocessing/review, medical documentation and routing of orders to the appropriate skill level. Hours are M - F.  8 hour shifts will vary anywhere between 8:00am - 8:00 pm. Weekend rotation 8:00-5:00.

Associates degree and/or 2 years claims, billing or financial customer services required.
