| The Branch Patient Account Representative (PAR) has a broad range of responsibilities including; Achieving customer service timely delivery goals as established for DME/RT or shows steady progression towards meeting. Uses appropriate system to document patient communication regarding deliveries achieving 95% compliance or shows steady progression towards meeting. Updates the PST operations performance indicators spreadsheet bi-weekly so that AS-STATS database can be updated. Assists region in achieving average # of deliveries per PST as defined or shows steady progressions towards meeting. Answers telephone in a timely manner, taking orders, order confirmation, physician services(i.e.medical documentation), maintaining open order edit list, branch deposit, and maintaining appropriate stock for the branch. |
Qualifications: |
The Patient Account Representative II shall possess a 2 year degree or 2 years of work experience in a related field, with claims, billing, and financial customer service experience is required. Previous work experience in the health care field is preferred. Above average telephone, computer skills (word, excel, keyboard), organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
