This position involves providing all aspects of personal care to patients in their homes. These duties include tidying patient's area, bathing, and linen change.

Qualifications:

The CNA must possess a certification of completion of an approved program and have a valid certification in the state of TN. The certification will have no substantiated findings.

Must have at least one year of experience, preferably in a hospital or home health setting.
