| Provides direct and indirect patient care services according to Advanced Home Care's policies and procedures. The primary responsibility of this nurse is to complete a comprehensive assessment of the patient, the environment, and the support system. Will initiate services and complete a plan of treatment with the forms needed to implement patient care. Will not be a primary caregiver but may be needed to make patient visits according to patient census. |
Qualifications: |
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current and valid state RN license. One year of experience working as a RN. Requires one year of Home Health experience. Work 32 Hours, Get Paid for 40! Work Friday 8hours, Sat 12 hours and Sun 12 hours.
