Description: |
Customer service associate needed to manage appropriate triage of incoming calls, handle order processing & review, input and review medical documentation and route orders to the appropriate skill level. Will work weekends. BENEFITS - Generous bonus program

Qualifications: |
| The Customer Service Associate shall possess a 2-4 year Degree, or 2 years work experience in a related field. Previous work experience in the health care field and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Above average telephone, computer skills (word, excel, keyboard), organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience with claims, billing, or have financial customer service experience. |
