Provide supportive care to patients and families experiencing life limiting illnesses. Intervene to maximize patient's comfort and enhance quality of life through provision of personal care, emotional support, homemaker assistance and specified nursing procedures.
Shifts available: 8a-8p or 8p-8a
Coverage area is all of Hillsborough County. The selected candidate will be required to drive anywhere in Hillsborough County to care for their patient. Reliable transportation is required, automobile insurance (minimum of 10/20/10) and good driving record are required for hire.

Duties: |
Minimum of one year experience required. Ability to communicate in English. Ability to work unsupervised in field exercising discretion and independent judgment. Valid Florida driver's license and automobile insurance required. Ability to successfully pass a background and driver's record. Ability to perform the essential functions and physical requirements (including, but not limited to: lifting patients and/or equipment, bending, pushing/pulling, kneeling) of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to travel throughout Hillsborough County to care for your patient will be required of this position.

Qualifications: |
Graduate of a Nursing Assistant program required.
Graduate of Home Health Aide program preferred.
Current Florida CNA certification. |
