| Glacier Hills Senior Living Community has been providing outstanding care for our 400 residents for more than 38 years. We provide person-centered short-term rehabilitation stays as well as long-term care, memory care and independent living for older adult residents. As a Not-for-Profit Life Care community, Glacier Hills continues the long and familiar tradition of delivering outstanding service and commitment to our residents through local governance by our Board of Directors, dedicated management and caring staff. The Care and Rehabilitation Center at Glacier Hills, a 161 bed non-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center providing person-centered care, is looking to grow the Therapy Team.
We are seeking contingent PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANTS/PTA'S to add to our dynamic Rehabilitation team. WEEKDAY, WEEKEND and/or EVENING hours are available.
You will have use of our state-of-the-art gym as well as the ADL suite. We eagerly await the completion of construction on our new sub-acute rehabilitation center and therapy gym, scheduled to open in the Fall 2012.

Duties: |
| Provide resident assessment and/or treatment in accordance with established practice standards. Communicate with families, physicians and other health team members, maintain documentation of services in the medical record. |
Qualifications: |
| • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license to practice in Michigan
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with care plans, policies and procedures
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
