An individual with the following skills:
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and develop others.
• Strong management skills including budgetary responsibility.
• 5 years minimum in a supervisory, consultative, educational, or administrative nursing position required.
• Current Licensure in California required.
• Nursing degree required. Master in Nursing or other advanced degree preferred.
• Computer proficiency required. Familiarity with integrated healthcare computer system desired.
• Home health experience required
• Experience dealing with residents and their families.
