We are searching for the right individual to join our dynamic Wellness and Rehabilitation (Therapy) team as a FULL-TIME CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (COTA) working with residents from our 161 bed Care and Rehabilitation Center. You will have available to you our newly expanded, state-of-the-art gym as well as our new ADL suite. Duties: |
Provide resident care in accordance with established practice standards and organization's policies in a team based environment.
Responsible and accountable for the delivery of occupational therapist assistant services as determined by a treatment plan of care established by an Occupational Therapist.
Demonstrate appropriate knowledge and correct application of clinical techniques, procedures and programs for clinical setting.
Performs resident assessment and summarizes objective clinical findings.

Qualifications: |
Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved AOTA program.
Current Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license, registration and/or certification for Michigan is required.
