The Home Health Clinical Sales Representative is responsible to communicate home health solutions and services to the community with the goal of increasing market share and home health medicare revenue. The role will provide home health education to home care coordinator/liaison staff, sales staff, and referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and long term care staff. The Home Health Sales representative will serve as a liaison between home health clinical development/operations, sales staff and the Regional Director. |
Qualifications: |
The Home Health Sales Rep is a clinician who will possess a 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited school and is currently licensed in the state of North Carolina. Candidates must have at least two years of home health clinical experience. Sales/Marketing experience preferred. Skilled at presenting to varied audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management and organizational skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and flexibility are required. |
