Patient Account Representative - Delivery Assurance

The Delivery Assurance CSA will help to facilitate the timely delivery of home medical equipment. Process includes appropriate triaging of phone calls regarding deliveries, documenting patient communications, referral intake, order processing/review. Hours for this position can vary based on the need of the team. 8 hour shifts could range from 8am - 8pm. Weekend rotation.

A minimum of a 2 year degree or previous experience with customer service required. Above average telephone, computer (word, excel, keyboard), organizational, written and verbal communication skills are also required.
