Duties: |
| The Hospice House Manager is responsible for direct oversight of all aspects of patient care provided by hospice house staff members twenty-four hours a day, seven days per week, including case management, fiscal accountability, risk, compliance, and personnel management. S/he is responsible for the coordination of care across the continuum through collaboration with other departments, patients and families. S/he is responsible for monitoring the budget and making adjustments as necessary to control expenditures while maintaining quality patient care. |
Qualifications: |
* Current Florida RN license.
* Bachelor degree or higher in health related field.
* Three (3) years management experience.
* Previous Oncology, Hospice or Home Health exp.
* Budget/ Financial exp.
* Valid driver license and auto insurance per company policy. |
