| Advanced Home Care, an award winning home healthcare organization in NC, is growing and we are recruiting for a Medical Social Worker (PRN) to join our team in Statesville, NC. This key position will be responsible to make patient visits, during the week, in the Statesville area. |
Duties: |
Our Medical Social workers provide direct and indirect patient care services to patients in their home environment or alternative setting. This position strives to improve or maintain the social, emotional, functional and physical health status of the patient and enhance the coping skills of the caregiver system. The social worker will utilize all of the resources available in the agency and community to accomplish the plan of care goals. |
Qualifications: |
To be considered, you must have a degree in social work. Masters preferred. One year of experience required. You must have the ability and flexibility to make visits during the day, during the week.
