Our Home Health RNs provide one on one patient care services to patients in their homes or alternative setting. Care will be preventive, rehabilitative, and curative, utilizing all available resources. If you are looking for one on one patient care where you feel like you're making a difference, then home health nursing is for you. Our RNs work autonomously in the field but are still part of a multi discipline team who collaborate together to achieve one goal....to provide extraordinary care! |
Qualifications: |
Requires one year of hospital nursing preferably in pediatrics and NICU/PICU. Home health nursing is strongly preferred. Must have a valid RN license for the state of NC. The primary purpose of this position assist Advanced Home Care infant/pediatric patients within the Triad. This position will be responsible for covering the entire Triad area. Must be available at least two weekends a month (Saturday and Sunday) |
