| The Customer Service Branch Patient Account Representative (PAR) has a broad range of responsibilities including; answering telephone in a timely manner, taking orders, order confirmation, physician services (i.e. medical documentation), maintaining open order edit list, branch deposit, and maintaining appropriate stock for the branch. |
Qualifications: |
| The Customer Service Patient Account Representative shall possess a 2-4 year Degree, or 2 years work experience in a related field, or at least 1-year as a PAR I. Previous work experience in the health care field is preferred. Above average telephone, computer skills (word, excel, keyboard), organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminology, claims, and accounts receivable. |
