Description: |
| Responsible for the overall operation and development of the home health branch location in Winston Salem. Specifically, this person will provide leadership and coordination of services to clinical and non-clinical personnel within the branch. Will serve as the representative of the company within the community. |
Qualifications: |
The Branch Manager shall possess an associate's degree in Nursing, Social Work or a Rehab Specialty from an accredited or approved school; BS preferred. Candidate must have three years of Home Health Management with a similar sized company. Must have a current licensed from the state in which he/she would be practicing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management and organizational skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and flexibility. |
